Guyo Murku, young man with a gun to the left, drinking beer with other Boran students and elders. He is a Boran 'Raba' leader (at his 4th stage) and after 11 years will become the leader of the 'Gada'. The 8 stages are 1st 'Daballe' 1-8 years (children of 'Gada'), 2nd 'Game' 8-16 years, 3rd 'Kusa' 16-24 years, 4th 'Raba' 24-32 years, 5th 'Rabo' 32-40 years, 6th 'Gada' 40-48 years, 7th 'Yuba' 48-80 years and 8th 'Gadamoji' 80+ years (retired). The family background, prinicipally the fathers is the dominant criteria for election. Each Boran clan selects one 'Daballe' every 8 years. At the 'Kusa' stage the candidate is selected as future leader.
