Workneh Tibebu (Worki) (34)

Worki

Workneh earned a first degree in economics at Addis Ababa University and joined Action For Development working on development communications. He is married and says he loves working with people and visual arts.

“I believe human beings judge and understand more on what they visualise, so it is important the pictures depict images of the real world with no spices.”

Workneh says the project has helped him grasp how people understand their environment and their lives – and that the Boran photographers are the best! He sees EthiopiaLives as a link between the underserved world and the highly developed world. He blogs as Worki.
